As a former major leaguer, Matt Miller understands the discipline needed to develop skills that will allow one to reach a level of play most only dream of.

59 Baseball will provide athletes with the guidance to make those dreams come reality. With a consistent approach to teach fundamentals along with controlled mechanics and repeatable movements, if the work ethic is there, success will eventually follow.

A 1990 graduate of Leland High School, Matt went on to play at Mississippi Delta Community College where he led the nation with 19 saves in 1991. He moved to Division II power Delta State University and finished 1995 with a school record 0.36 ERA in 28 appearances and was named to the All-American team by ABCA.

Matt went on to enjoy a 13 year professional baseball career with seven different organizations including 5 years at the Major League level with the Cleveland Indians and Colorado Rockies. He retired in 2008 after logging 100 games in the Big Leagues with a 2.72 career ERA. Matt, along with running 59 Baseball, works as a associate scout with the Boston Red Sox.

Matt Miller's 59 Baseball offers quality baseball instruction for all ages and skill levels. Featuring a staff of former professional and collegiate players, our goal is to provide the necessary tools for each players continued development.
